RESERVATION PROCEDURES
The individual reservation must be done directly to the Château Bromont before: January 17, 2012, either by email at info@chateaubromont.com or by telephone at 1-888-BROMONT (888-276-6668). After that delay, reservations will be accepted upon availability of the Hotel, and we reserve the right to release any rooms that have not been guaranteed. At time of reservation, a credit card deposit of $215.00, which represents the 1st night stay, will be required in order to guarantee your reservation.
    Deposit will not be refundable for cancellation made less than 14 days in advance.
    Total value of the stay will be charged if cancellation is made less than 2 days in advance

Registration Fees:
The registration fees for full members will be $40 for each day or $75 for both days.     
Students will be charged $20 for each day or $35 for both days. (Students who present platform presentations will not be charged a registration fee.)   Single banquet tickets for non-registered attendees with are $65.
