2024 EAEEG Annual Meeting
The 77th meeting of the EAEEG will be held on February 17-18, 2024 in the Auberge at the Duchesney near Quebec City, Quebec.
The Duchesney is a year-round resort that is only 30 minutes from Québec City. The 89 km² site by the shores of Lac Saint-Joseph is a magnificent playground for a wide variety of activities: Arbraska, cross-country skiing, hiking, boating activities, guided activities, and much more. This is also a place where you can enjoy fine dining and quality accommodations. Pure enchantment for guests of all ages!

Accommodations
Attendees will be asked to make their own lodging reservations at the Auberge of the Duchesney using the following links:

French Rates includes lodging, breakfast buffet and gratuities. Please note, double occupancy is entered by default ($145.50/person/night). Please select single occupancy as appropriate ($265.00/person/night).
Please be sure to reserve your room by January 15! Due to Valentine’s day, rooms might not be available after January 15.

Meals
A breakfast buffet is included for individuals who are staying at the Duchesney. For those who are not staying at the Duchesney but would like to enjoy the breakfast buffet, the cost is $22.41 + 16% Gratuities + 15% taxes. If you would like to enjoy the breakfast buffet on either February 17 or 18, please RSVP to eaeeg.inc@gmail.com by February 15.
Lunch is included with your EAEEG Registration Fee.
A 3-course dinner has been reserved for our group at 6pm on Saturday, February 17. The cost will be $51.29 + 16% Gratuities + 15% taxes. If you would like to attend the dinner, please RSVP to eaeeg.inc@gmail.com by February 15.
